Robert has over 30 years of diverse Commercial Real Estate experience, focusing primarily on the Retail and Shopping Center industry.
During his career, Robert managed the expansion and market penetration for several large National Retailers, including; CarMax, Hobby Lobby, Grocery Outlet, Savers, Ethan Allen, and QDoba Mexican Grill.
His diverse professional experience, which encompasses the perspectives of landlords and tenants, enables Robert to understand both sides of the real estate transaction and to resolve any issues that may arise to the satisfaction of both parties.

Vice President
Business Development & Analytics
Brenna is a skilled business professional with over 25 years of experience in various industries, including: Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Market Research, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Information Technology.
Her experience includes executive and consulting roles in Business Development / Marketing / Analytics for; Dun & Bradstreet, Unilever, SPSS (an IBM statistical software company), Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Coldwell Banker.
At Seneca, Brenna’s role is to analyze the market and present data to help clients make informed decisions. Even in a “brick and mortar” industry like Commercial Real Estate, data drives decisions.
