Robert has over 30 years of diverse Commercial Real Estate experience, focusing primarily on the Retail and Shopping Center industry.

He began his career in Southern California as a Project Manager for a Real Estate Development firm.

Upon relocating to the Pacific Northwest in the early 1990’s, Robert spent over a decade at Savers, Inc., as a Director of Real Estate, where he was integral to the expansion and repositioning of Savers and Value Village Stores in the U.S. and Canada.

While in this role, he was also responsible for the management and leasing of a portfolio of company owned shopping centers, and had direct responsibility for the disposition of surplus stores and properties throughout North America.

In 2005, Robert transitioned from Corporate Real Estate into Commercial Real Estate Brokerage by joining First American Properties as Senior Vice President of Retail.  While there, he managed the expansion and market penetration for several large national retailers, including; CarMax, Hobby Lobby, Grocery Outlet, Savers, Ethan Allen, and QDoba Mexican Grill.

This diverse professional experience, which encompasses the perspectives of landlords and tenants, enables Robert to understand both sides of the real estate transaction and to resolve any issues that may arise to the satisfaction of both parties.
